Works and services in the field of motor transport are carried out on the basis of the following basic principles:

1) the priority of safety, protection of human life and health, protection of nature and cultural values;

2) equality of rights of individuals and legal entities in carrying out works and services in the field of motor transport;

3) ensuring freedom of choice for the consumer of services in the field of motor transport;

4) ensuring, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, freedom of prices for works and services in the field of motor transport.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 4, 2003 No. 476.

This Law regulates the relations that arise between carriers, passengers, shippers, consignees, and other individuals and legal entities in the field of road transport.
