Article 4. The main goals and objectives of this Law are the Law on Combating Human Trafficking
1. The main objectives of this Law are to ensure and protect the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of victims of human trafficking, the interests of society and the State in the field of combating human trafficking.
2. The main objectives of this Law are:
1) organization and coordination of the unified system for combating human trafficking;
2) providing assistance to victims of human trafficking and ensuring their safety;
3) prevention and suppression of crimes related to human trafficking;
4) strengthening the interaction of actors in combating human trafficking;
5) creation of organizational and legal bases for international cooperation in combating human trafficking and fulfilling its international obligations.
The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 5, 2024 No. 110-VIII SAM.
This Law defines the organizational and legal framework for combating human trafficking.
