1. The unified state system of bodies ensuring the safety of machinery and equipment consists of:

1) The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) authorized body in the field of industry;

3) authorized body in the field of industrial safety;

4) authorized body in the field of agriculture;

5) authorized body in the field of energy and mineral resources;

6) the authorized body in the field of transport and communications.

7) the authorized body in the field of regulation of trading activities.

2. The authorized bodies specified in subitems 2) – 7) of paragraph 1 of this Article shall carry out state regulation in the field of safety of machinery and equipment in accordance with the industry orientation.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 21, 2007 No. 305.

This Law regulates public relations in determining, establishing, applying and fulfilling requirements for machines and equipment, their life cycle processes, and establishes the legal basis for ensuring safety to ensure the protection of human life, health and the environment.
