Article 4. The unity of the judicial system of the Constitutional Law On the Judicial System and the Status of Judges of the Republic of Kazakhstan
The unity of the judicial system of the Republic of Kazakhstan is ensured:
1) the principles of justice established by the Constitution, this Constitutional Law, procedural and other laws are common and uniform for all courts and judges.;
2) the exercise of judicial power in the forms of legal proceedings uniform for all courts, established by laws;
3) the application by all courts of the current law of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
4) legislative consolidation of the unified status of judges;
5) the obligation to execute judicial acts that have entered into legal force throughout the territory of Kazakhstan;
6) financing of all courts only from the republican budget.
The requirements provided for in this article do not apply to the court of the Astana International Financial Center.
