1. The tourism industry is a set of tourist accommodation facilities, transport facilities, catering facilities, entertainment facilities, educational, recreational, business, sports and other facilities; organizations engaged in tourism activities, as well as organizations providing sightseeing and guide services.

2. Types of services in the tourism industry:

1) tour services;

2) accommodation services;

3) Catering services;

4) information and advertising services;

5) Transportation services;

5-1) services for the provision (including booking, sale and delivery) of tickets for all types of transport and tickets for events;

6) Entertainment services;

7) other tourist services provided by the contract for tourist services.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 13, 2001 No. 211.

This Law defines the legal, economic, social, and organizational foundations of tourism activity as one of the sectors of the economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
