1. In order to ensure the participation of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the selection of jurors, a single list of candidates for jurors is formed at the request of the court in electronic form through the information and analytical system of the authorized body in the field of informatization and informatization facilities of the "electronic government" in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on informatization.

2. State bodies are required to submit information to the information and analytical system of the authorized body in the field of informatization for the formation of a single list of candidates for jurors in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. A single list of candidates for jurors is formed in alphabetical order. The list shall include the surname, first name, patronymic (if it is indicated in the identity document), year of birth (at the age of twenty–five, an additional day and month) and registration at the place of residence of the candidate for juror.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 16, 2006 No. 121.

This Law regulates public relations related to the participation of jurors in criminal proceedings, defines the legal status, guarantees of independence, legal, economic and organizational bases for ensuring the activities of jurors.
