1. A non-profit organization maintains accounting records and submits primary statistical data to the authorized body in the field of state statistics in accordance with the procedure provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. A non-profit organization provides information about its activities to the authorized body in the field of state statistics and state revenue authorities, founders and other persons in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the founding documents of the non-profit organization.

A non-profit organization operating at the expense of funds provided free of charge by foreign states, international and foreign organizations, foreigners and stateless persons, submits a report on the use of these funds to the state revenue authorities in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. Branches and representative offices (separate divisions) of foreign and international non-profit organizations operating in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan annually publish in print media information about their activities, including their founders, the composition of property, sources of formation and directions of spending money.

4. The size and structure of the income of a non-profit organization, as well as information about the size and composition of the property of a non-profit organization, its expenses, the number and composition of employees, their remuneration, and the use of gratuitous labor by citizens in the activities of a non-profit organization may not be the subject of a commercial secret.

5. Non-profit organizations established in the form of a private institution, a public association, a non-profit joint-stock company, public, corporate and private foundations, associations of legal entities in the form of an association (union), as well as branches and representative offices (separate divisions) of foreign and international non-profit organizations operating in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, annually submit until March 31 to the authorized body in the field of interaction with non-governmental organizations, information about their activities, including information about its founders (participants), the composition of property, sources of formation and directions of spending money, in accordance with the procedure determined by the authorized body in the field of interaction with non-governmental organizations.

The requirements provided for in the first part of this paragraph do not apply to non-profit joint-stock companies, the founder or shareholder of which is the state, to subsidiaries, dependent and other legal entities affiliated with them in accordance with the legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to public associations established in the form of political parties, religious associations and trade unions, and also to non-profit organizations provided for in Article 17 of this Law.

6. The fund, established in the form of an endowment fund, annually submits to the authorized body in the field of interaction with non-governmental organizations a report on the use of the investment income of the endowment fund (endowment capital) by March 31.
