Article 41. Explanation of the inadmissibility of violations of the law of the Constitutional Law on the Prosecutor's Office

     In order to prevent offenses, ensure public safety, protect human and civil rights and freedoms, or if there is information about impending illegal acts, the prosecutor explains in writing or orally to individuals and representatives of legal entities about the inadmissibility of violations of the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and warns them about the liability established by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     This Constitutional Law defines the competence, organization and procedure of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
