Article 41. Rules for the transportation of goods by road of the Law On Road Transport
The rules of cargo transportation by road are defined by:
1) delivery time of goods;
2) the procedure for the organization and implementation of road transportation of goods;
3) the form of the consignment note and the procedure for its application;
4) requirements for cargo loading and unloading points;
5) the procedure for receiving goods for road transportation, as well as processing, storage and delivery of goods at the destination;
6) the procedure for the sale of perishable goods;
7) the procedure for the transportation of goods with declared value;
8) Cargo labeling procedure;
9) cargo sealing procedure;
10) the procedure for drawing up acts;
11) the procedure for changing and terminating contracts for the carriage of goods;
12) cargo retention procedure;
13) the order of transportation of certain types of goods;
14) the procedure for the inspection of motor vehicles carrying perishable goods in international traffic;
15) requirements for vehicles carrying perishable goods.
The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 4, 2003 No. 476.
This Law regulates the relations that arise between carriers, passengers, shippers, consignees, and other individuals and legal entities in the field of road transport.
