1. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and foreign institutions, within their competence, protect the rights and interests of industrial entities abroad, including assisting the authorized body in regulating foreign trade activities in promoting goods and services of Kazakhstani origin in the manufacturing industry to foreign markets.

2. Service support for subjects of industrial and innovative activities to promote goods and services of Kazakhstani origin in the manufacturing industry to foreign markets is provided by the authorized body in the field of regulation of foreign trade activities with the involvement of the National Development Institute for the development and promotion of non-primary exports by:

1) diagnostics of their export potential;

2) organizing and conducting trade missions, carrying out exhibition and fair activities, promoting trademarks of Kazakhstani manufacturers abroad and organizing national stands of Kazakhstani manufacturers abroad;

3) raising awareness of potential foreign buyers through the permanent posting of information about Kazakhstani producers and their goods and services abroad;

4) providing information and analytical support on the development and promotion of exports of goods and services of Kazakhstani origin in the manufacturing industry;

5) assistance in the promotion of goods and services of Kazakhstani origin in the manufacturing industry on the international humanitarian aid market;

6) other measures in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This Law establishes the fundamental principles of industrial policy and regulates public relations that arise during the formation and implementation of industrial policy.
