1. A professional participant in the securities market, in the process of providing services to his clients, is obliged to ensure compliance with conditions that prevent the use of information that constitutes a trade secret on the securities market and insider information.

2. A professional participant in the securities market shall not have the right to use information constituting a commercial secret in the securities market and insider information, and to allow actions that may lead to a violation of natural pricing and destabilization of the securities market.

3. Internal documents of a professional participant in the securities market must contain conditions for ensuring the safety of information constituting a commercial secret on the securities market and insider information, and preventing their use in the personal interests of a professional participant, his employees or third parties.

 This Law regulates public relations arising in the process of issuing, placing, circulating and redeeming equity securities and other financial instruments, the specifics of the creation and operation of securities market entities, defines the procedure for regulating, controlling and supervising the securities market in order to ensure the safe, open and effective functioning of the securities market, and the protection of investors' rights. and holders of securities, fair competition of securities market participants.
