Article 45. Financial support for the Prosecutor's Office of the Constitutional Law on the Prosecutor's Office

     1. Financial support of the prosecutor's office system is provided at the expense of budgetary funds.

     2. The Prosecutor's Office may have relevant accounts with the Treasury.

     3. Financial support of the Office of the Prosecutor's Office for the return of assets is provided at the expense of budgetary funds, as well as funds from a Special state Fund determined by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the return of illegally acquired assets to the state.
