Article 45. Registration of the President, deputies of Parliament, maslikhats, akim and members of other local self-government bodies of the Constitutional Law on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan

     The relevant election commissions, in accordance with the procedure established by this Constitutional Law, shall register the elected President, deputies of Parliament, maslikhats, akims, and members of other local self-government bodies after receiving from them, within seven days, a written application to resign their duties incompatible with the status of President, deputy of Parliament, and maslikhat in accordance with the Constitution and laws of the Republic., akim and a member of another local government body.
