Article 46-4. The regime of detention in reception centers of the Law On the procedure and conditions of detention of Persons in Special institutions, Special premises providing temporary isolation from Society

1. Persons held in distribution receivers have the right to:

1) receive information about their rights and obligations, the regime of detention in the receiver-distributor, the procedure for submitting proposals, applications and complaints;

2) personal safety during the period of stay in the receiver-distributor;

3) receive material and household and medical-sanitary services according to the norms approved by the internal regulations;

4) for an eight-hour nap at night;

5) for a daily walk of at least two hours a day;

6) to perform religious rites - subject to compliance with the rules of internal order and the rights of other persons held in the receiver-distributor;

7) contact the administration of the receiver-distributor, the prosecutor's office, the court on the legality and validity of their content, as well as violations of their rights and legitimate interests.

2. Persons placed in distribution receivers are required to comply with the internal regulations.

3. The following measures of influence are applied to persons who have violated the established rules of internal order, depending on the nature or severity of the offense:

1) Warning;

2) an extraordinary cleaning order for the premises of the receiver-distributor.

The decision on the application of impact measures is made by the head of the receiver-distributor and is formalized by a reasoned resolution.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 30, 1999 No. 353-I.

This Law defines the legal basis for the activities of special institutions and special premises that legally provide temporary isolation from society, as well as establishes the rights and obligations of the persons contained therein.
