Article 46. Financial and social security of prosecutors and other employees of the Constitutional Law on the Prosecutor's Office

     1. Remuneration for prosecutors and other employees is established on the basis of a unified system of remuneration for employees of bodies maintained at the expense of the budget, approved in accordance with the procedure established by subparagraph 9-1) of Article 66 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     2. Pension provision for prosecutors, payment of state social benefits for disability and loss of breadwinner are carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     3. Pensioners of the prosecutor's office who have been dismissed from the prosecutor's office with the right to receive pension payments for their service, as well as prosecutors who have been maimed (wounded, injured, concussed) in the performance of their official duties and declared unfit for service, have the right to wear uniforms at ceremonial events and official receptions.
