Article 46. The consequences of applying to the Constitutional Court. The Constitutional Law On the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     In the case of an appeal to the Constitutional Court on the issues specified in the:

     1) subparagraph 1) of paragraph 1 of Article 72 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the inauguration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the registration of elected deputies of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan or the summing up of the results of the republican referendum are suspended;

     2) in subparagraphs 2) and 3) of paragraph 1 of Article 72 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the deadline for signing or ratifying relevant acts is suspended;

     3) Article 78 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the proceedings in court are fully or partially suspended.
