1. The participants of the industrial zone have the right to:

1) enjoy the guarantees of legal protection provided for by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) receive land plots and build infrastructure facilities for carrying out their activities on the territory of the industrial zone in accordance with the procedure provided for by the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and this Law;

3) enjoy other rights provided for by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. The participants of the industrial zone are obliged to:

1) submit an annual report on its activities to the management company of the industrial zone;

2) faithfully and properly perform the duties stipulated by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the agreement on the implementation of activities.

This Law regulates public relations arising from the creation, operation and abolition of special economic and industrial zones on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
