The digital tenge is the national currency of the digital form of the Republic of Kazakhstan and is a legal tender.

Digital tenge of the National Bank of Kazakhstan are the obligations of the National Bank of Kazakhstan and are secured by all its assets.

The issue, organization of circulation and repayment of digital tenge in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan are carried out by the exclusive National Bank of Kazakhstan.

The procedure for the circulation of digital money and its use is determined by the National Bank of Kazakhstan.
