Article 47. Financial support for judges of the Constitutional Law On the Judicial System and the Status of Judges of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. The financial support of a judge must correspond to his status and ensure the possibility of full and independent administration of justice and cannot be reduced.

     2. The remuneration of judges shall be determined in accordance with subparagraph 9-1) of Article 66 of the Constitution, taking into account the status of a judge, the procedure for his appointment and election, as well as the functions performed by him.

     3. In the cases provided for in subparagraph 9) of paragraph 1 of Article 34 of this Constitutional Law, upon dismissal from the post of a judge, he shall be paid a severance payment in the amount of four average monthly salaries with at least three years of judicial service.
