Article 47. Official identification cards and the seal of the Constitutional Law on the Prosecutor's Office

     1. Official certificates of the established type shall be issued by the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Prosecutor General, Deputy Prosecutor General, and first heads of departments of the Prosecutor's office.

     2. The Prosecutor General and the heads of the Prosecutor's office shall issue official identification cards of the established type to subordinate prosecutors.

     3. An official identification card is a document confirming the identity of the prosecutor, his class rank or military rank, position, right to carry and store firearms and other weapons.

     4. Prosecutor's offices shall have seals with the image of the State Emblem of the Republic of Kazakhstan and their name in the state and other languages.

     This Constitutional Law defines the competence, organization and procedure of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
