Article 48. The procedure for the enactment of this Constitutional Law The Constitutional Law on the Prosecutor's Office

     1. This Constitutional Law shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication, with the exception of subparagraph 16) of Article 9, which shall enter into force on January 1, 2023.

     2. To suspend until January 1, 2023 the operation of subparagraph 3) of paragraph 1 of Article 11 of this Constitutional Law, having established that during the period of suspension this subparagraph is valid in the following wording:

     "3) the introduction of information and communication technologies in the processes of investigation of criminal cases, proceedings on cases of administrative offenses, registration and accounting of forms of state control and supervision provided for by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan;".

     3. To invalidate the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 30, 2017 "On the Prosecutor's Office".

     This Constitutional Law defines the competence, organization and procedure of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
