Article 5-1. Criteria for the inclusion of objects in the list of objects of economic sectors of strategic importance, in respect of which state monitoring of property is carried out by the Law on State Monitoring of Property in Economic Sectors of Strategic Importance

Objects to be included in the list of objects of economic sectors of strategic importance, in respect of which state monitoring of ownership is carried out, must belong to sectors of the economy of strategic importance and meet one of the following criteria:

be included in the list of facilities, the formation and approval of which is provided for in accordance with the legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.;

belong to national holdings and (or) national companies.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 4, 2003 No. 490.

This Law regulates public relations arising in the process of state monitoring of property in sectors of the economy of strategic importance, and also defines the grounds and conditions for its implementation.
