1. It is prohibited to alienate individuals and (or) legal entities, encumber the rights of third parties of the mainline railway network transferred to the National Infrastructure Operator, as well as shares of the National Infrastructure Operator.

2. The National Managing Holding Company is prohibited from alienating shares of the National Railway Company, as a result of which the national managing holding company will own less than ninety percent plus one voting share of the National Railway Company.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 8, 2001 No. 266.

This Law regulates public relations between carriers, participants in the transportation process, government agencies, passengers, senders, recipients, shippers, consignees, and other individuals and legal entities when transporting passengers, baggage, cargo, baggage, and mail by rail.
