In case of violation by a mortgage organization of the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, identification of deficiencies and (or) risks in its activities, the authorized body applies supervisory response measures and sanctions to the mortgage organization provided for by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Banks and Banking Activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan".
