Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) develops the main directions of state policy in the field of agglomeration development;

2) approves the list and composition of agglomerations;

3) approves a comprehensive agglomeration development plan;

4) approves the regulations on the Agglomerations Council;

5) approves the composition of the Agglomerations Council;

6) performs other functions assigned to him by the Constitution, laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 1, 2023 No. 181-VII SAM.

This Law regulates public relations aimed at creating legal and organizational conditions for the formation, development and functioning of agglomerations in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
