Article 5. Competence of the Parliament of the Republic of the Constitutional Law On the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Status of its Deputies
The competence of Parliament in joint and separate sessions of the Senate and the Mazhilis, and the exclusive competence of the Chambers are established by the Constitution of the Republic and implemented at sessions of Parliament, in the activities of the Chambers of Parliament, its organs and deputies.

This Constitutional Law, in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, defines the organization and activities of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the legal status of its deputies.
