Advertising may be fully or partially the subject of copyright and related rights. Copyright and related rights are subject to protection in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as international treaties.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 19, 2003 No. 508.

This Law regulates the relations arising in the process of production, distribution, placement and use of advertising in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
