The footnote. The title of Article 5 as amended by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 08.04.2010 No. 266-IV (for the procedure of entry into force, see art. 2).

The state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan engaged in countering terrorism, within the limits of their competence:

1) interact with each other, using the capabilities of government agencies and organizations, as well as the assistance of citizens;

2) inform about the facts and signs of preparation of acts that fall under the definition of terrorist activity and fall within the competence of these state bodies, and provide mutual necessary assistance.;

3) conduct joint anti-terrorist operations.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 13, 1999 No. 416.

This Law establishes the principles, purpose, legal and organizational basis for countering terrorism.
