1. Excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 04/19/2023 No. 223-VII (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication).

1-1. The Central Authorized Body for State Planning approves the maximum amounts of mandatory membership fees.

2. The interaction of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the National Chamber is aimed at achieving the goals of its creation and objectives.

3. The interaction of the National Chamber with the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and state bodies is carried out in accordance with the procedure established by this Law, other regulatory legal acts and an agreement on cooperation, in particular:

1) the form of participation of the National Chamber in the development and examination of advisory regulatory policy documents, draft regulatory legal acts, draft legal acts in the field of public planning affecting the interests of private business entities;

1-1) the form of participation of the National Chamber in the development and examination of draft international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as international treaties to which the Republic of Kazakhstan intends to become a party, affecting the interests of private business entities;

2) the form of creation by the National Chamber of consultative and advisory bodies with the participation of central and local state bodies;

3) the form of participation of the National Chamber in the work of consultative and advisory bodies under central and local government bodies established on issues affecting the rights and obligations of business entities;

4) other forms aimed at the realization of the purpose of the creation, tasks and functions of the National Chamber.

4. State bodies are obliged, in accordance with the procedure provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to provide, at the request of the National Chamber, information concerning the rights and obligations of entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, with the exception of information constituting commercial, banking and other legally protected secrets.

This Law regulates public relations arising in connection with the establishment and operation of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the development of entrepreneurship in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
