Anti-extremism is based on the following main directions:

the adoption of preventive measures aimed at preventing extremism, including the elimination and subsequent implementation of measures and measures aimed at its development;

elimination and suppression of extremism;

international cooperation in the field of countering extremism.

Content

This law defines the legal and organizational basis for Countering Extremism in order to protect the rights and freedoms of Man and citizen, the foundations of the constitutional system, ensure the sovereignty of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the integrity, inviolability and indivisibility of its territory, and national security.
