Article 5. Mortgage of immovable property in common ownership of the Law on Mortgage of Immovable Property

      1. A mortgage can be established on immovable property that is jointly owned if all owners have written consent to this.  

      2. A participant in common shared ownership may pledge his share in the right to common property without the consent of other owners.
