The objectives of peacekeeping activities are to assist the international community and foreign States (a foreign State) in preventing, containing and ending armed conflicts between States or within a State, as well as to provide humanitarian assistance in accordance with international obligations assumed by the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 15, 2015 No. 320-V SAM.

This Law regulates public relations related to the participation of the national contingent of the Republic of Kazakhstan in peace and security operations (missions) in accordance with international obligations assumed by the Republic of Kazakhstan.
