Minimum social standards are based on the following principles:

1) legality;

2) Accessibility;

3) respect for social rights;

4) the validity of minimum social standards based on economic opportunities, material and technical base, scientific and technical potential of the state;

5) publicity and informing the public about minimum social standards in order to provide feedback to the public;

6) transparency of budget financing of expenditures to ensure minimum social standards;

7) targeted and targeted financing of minimum social standards;

8) state control over compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on minimum social standards and their guarantees;

9) social partnership.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 19, 2015 No. 314-V SAM.

This Law regulates social relations arising in the system of minimum social standards.
