The activities of foreign intelligence entities are based on the principles of:

1) legality;

2) respect for human and civil rights and freedoms;

3) unity of command;

4) combinations of vowel and tacit methods and means.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 22, 2010 No. 277-IV.

This Law defines the status, competence and organization of activities of foreign intelligence entities of the Republic of Kazakhstan and members of the intelligence community of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
