Article 5. Principles of Forensic Expertise Law On Forensic Expertise

      Forensic expertise is based on the principles of:  

      1) legality;  

      2) observance of the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of a person and citizen, the rights and legitimate interests of a legal entity;  

      3) independence of the judicial expert;  

      4) the comprehensiveness, completeness, objectivity and scientific validity of forensic expert research;  

      5) the permissibility of using scientific and technical means, methods and techniques in conducting forensic expert research;  

      6) compliance with the ethics of a judicial expert.  

     This Law regulates public relations in the implementation of forensic expertise in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
