The principles of protection of the State Border are:

1) the observance of legality in the implementation of activities to protect the State border;

2) ensuring the integrity, inviolability and inviolability of the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) respect for human and civil rights and freedoms;

4) mutual responsibility of individuals, society and the state in protecting the State border;

5) compliance with the norms of international law.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 16, 2013 No. 70-V.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of protection of the State border of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
