Article 5. Principles of public control The Law on Public Control
The principles of public control are:
1) legality of the activities of subjects of public control;
2) publicity, openness and transparency of the implementation of public control by subjects of public control;
3) voluntary participation of subjects of public control in the implementation of public control;
4) the independence of subjects of public control and the inadmissibility of conflicts of interest in the exercise of public control.
This Law defines the purpose, objectives and principles of public control, as well as regulates public relations related to the organization and implementation of public control in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
