Article 5. Regulatory rulings of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan The Law on Legal Acts

 

      1. The normative decisions of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan are based only on the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and all other normative legal acts cannot contradict them.

      2. Normative resolutions of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan have the legal force of those norms of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the basis of which they were adopted.

     3. The regulatory resolution of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan contains clarifications on issues of judicial practice.

 

 

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 6, 2016 No. 480-V SAM.

     This Law regulates public relations related to the procedure for the development, submission, discussion, adoption, registration, enactment, amendment, addition, termination, suspension and publication of legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
