Article 5. Requirements for candidates for judges of the Constitutional Court of the Constitutional Law On the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     A citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan who is at least forty years old and has a higher legal education, high qualifications in the field of law, an impeccable reputation and at least fifteen years of experience in the legal profession may be appointed to the Constitutional Court.
