Article 5. Restriction of the right of access to information of the Law on Access to Information
1. The right of access to information is limited only by laws and only to the extent necessary to protect the constitutional order, public order, human rights and freedoms, public health and morals.
2. Restriction of access to information should be carried out only for a certain period necessary to achieve the goals specified in paragraph 1 of this Article.
3. If only a part of the information meets the requirements of paragraph 1 of this article, then access to this part is restricted.
4. The limitation period may be reviewed if the objectives specified in paragraph 1 of this article have not been achieved within the prescribed period.

This Law regulates public relations resulting from the exercise of everyone's constitutional right to freely receive and disseminate information in any manner not prohibited by law.
