Article 5. State policy in the sphere of psychological activity The Law on Psychological Activity 

      State policy in the sphere of psychological activity shall be aimed at:

      1) creating conditions ensuring the psychological well-being of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

      2) training qualified psychologists;

      3) ensuring equal rights and opportunities for every person in the realisation of his or her right to receive psychological assistance regardless of origin, social, official and property status, sex, race, nationality, language, attitude to religion, convictions, place of residence or any other circumstances;

      4) respect for and protection of the honour and dignity of a psychologist;

      5) implementation of measures contributing to the prevention, resolution and overcoming of difficult life situations and their consequences in relation to an individual, family or group of persons in need of psychological assistance.
