This Law provides for a balance of interests of all subjects of public relations arising from the creation, operation and abolition of special economic and industrial zones on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

For the purposes of this Law, a balance of interests is defined as a state of legal relations in which the rights and obligations of the parties are proportionate and the parties have equal opportunities to realize their legitimate interests.

This Law regulates public relations arising from the creation, operation and abolition of special economic and industrial zones on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
