1. The lottery, depending on the method of its conduct, is divided into the following types::

1) Instant;

2) circulation.

1-1. The specifics of lotteries are determined by the lottery rules.

2. The organization and holding of other lotteries in the Republic of Kazakhstan is prohibited, except for lotteries organized and conducted in accordance with the procedure provided for by this Law.

3. Gambling and/or betting under the guise of lotteries is not allowed.

4. It is prohibited to conduct a lottery by a person who is not a lottery operator.

5. It is prohibited to distribute (sell) lottery tickets, electronic lottery tickets by a person who is not a lottery operator or a lottery distributor (agent).
