Article 50-7. Establishment of election results using the electronic electoral system of the Constitutional Law on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. When using the electronic electoral system, the election results for electoral districts are determined by the Central Election Commission on the basis of electronic protocols and reported to the relevant election commissions.
The electronic election system is connected to specially designated communication lines only for the period necessary to transmit information in accordance with this paragraph.
2. If voting is postponed in accordance with the procedure provided for in paragraph 7 of Article 50-5 of this Constitutional Law, the election results for the relevant electoral district shall be determined after voting has been conducted in all polling stations of the relevant electoral district.
