Article 50. Verification criteria and limits. The Constitutional Law On the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. The Constitutional Court shall establish the conformity of the reviewed normative legal and other acts with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan.:

     1) according to the content of the norms;

     2) according to the form of the legal act;

     3) according to the procedure of signing, conclusion, adoption, publication or enactment established by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

     4) from the point of view of the division of state power into legislative, executive and judicial branches established by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

     5) from the point of view of the division of competence between state authorities established by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

     6) taking into account their official explanation given by authorized state bodies and officials, as well as established law enforcement practice.

     2. The Constitutional Court verifies the constitutionality of normative legal and other acts only in the part specified in the appeal.
