Article 51-4. Monitoring of the Industrial Policy Law Registry

     1. After the inclusion of a Kazakhstani commodity producer in the register by the authorized body in the field of state stimulation of industry, monitoring is carried out through digital verification with a frequency of at least once a quarter.

     2. Based on the results of monitoring, in case of detection of inconsistencies with the criteria defined in paragraph 3 of Article 51-1 of this Law, a notification is sent to the user's personal account on the web portal of the electronic government information and communication infrastructure facility about the need to eliminate the identified inconsistencies.

     In case of non-elimination of the identified discrepancies, the Kazakhstani producer is excluded from the register.

This Law establishes the fundamental principles of industrial policy and regulates public relations that arise during the formation and implementation of industrial policy.
