1. Objections and complaints of Kazakhstani producers on exclusion from the register based on the results of monitoring through digital verification are considered by the appeals commission.

2. The composition and regulations of the appeals commission are approved by the authorized body in the field of state stimulation of industry.

3. Objections and complaints of Kazakhstani producers are submitted to the appeal commission within thirty working days from the date of exclusion from the register.

4. The Appeal Commission makes a decision on the submitted objection or complaint by requesting the necessary documents and/or conducting a hearing, and/or conducting an on-site commission.

5. The Appeal Commission, based on the results of consideration of an objection, complaint, makes one of the following decisions::

on the full or partial satisfaction of an objection or complaint;

the refusal to satisfy an objection or complaint with the justification for making such a decision.

6. The decision of the appeal commission is made in writing and is binding on the authorized body in the field of state stimulation of industry.

7. The decision of the appeals commission may be appealed to the court.

8. Upon satisfaction of an objection or complaint, a Kazakhstani commodity producer who has filed such an objection or complaint shall be included in the register by the authorized body in the field of state stimulation of industry without passing through the stages provided for in Article 51-1 of this Law.

This Law establishes the fundamental principles of industrial policy and regulates public relations that arise during the formation and implementation of industrial policy.
