Article 51-6. Exclusion from the register of the Law on Industrial Policy

     The exclusion of a Kazakhstani commodity producer from the register is carried out by the authorized body in the field of state stimulation of industry on the basis of:

     1) the results of digital verification during registry monitoring;

     2) monitoring results of software manufacturers;

     3) applications of a Kazakhstani commodity producer for exclusion from the register.

     In case of liquidation of a legal entity in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan or reorganization of a legal entity, with the exception of reorganization in the form of transformation, the exclusion of a Kazakhstani commodity producer from the register is carried out automatically.

     During the reorganization, the newly created legal entity submits an application for inclusion in the register again.

     Kazakhstani commodity producers excluded from the register have the right to reapply for inclusion in the register in accordance with Article 51-1 of this Law.

This Law establishes the fundamental principles of industrial policy and regulates public relations that arise during the formation and implementation of industrial policy.
