1. Licensees, the central depository and the single operator are obliged to promptly submit reliable and complete reports on activities on the securities market to the authorized body, the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Licensees, the central depository and the single operator submit reports to the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. Securities market entities are required to submit primary statistical data to the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the statistical methodology approved by the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan in coordination with the authorized body in the field of state statistics.

 This Law regulates public relations arising in the process of issuing, placing, circulating and redeeming equity securities and other financial instruments, the specifics of the creation and operation of securities market entities, defines the procedure for regulating, controlling and supervising the securities market in order to ensure the safe, open and effective functioning of the securities market, and the protection of investors' rights. and holders of securities, fair competition of securities market participants.
