1. A post-certification development program is being developed for an employee who has passed the certification, aimed at improving the employee's professional competence.

If necessary, recommendations based on the results of psychological and sociological research are included in the specified program.

2. The program is valid until the next employee's certification in accordance with the deadlines set by this Law, and is approved by the head or authorized head of the law enforcement agency.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 6, 2011 No. 380-IV.

This Law regulates public relations related to admission to the law enforcement service of the Republic of Kazakhstan, its passage and termination, and also defines the legal status (status), financial support and social protection of law enforcement officers of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
